woke at 7 (went to bed at mid night and slept straight to 7am, didnt set alarm today)
breakfast:  oatmeal, strong coffee and cereal toast
SWIM:  swam for 60 minutes in a pool.  Dont know how much I swam, but I had a good feel for the water
later in the day I swam another 30 minutes in the arabian sea.

lunch:  small portion of eggs with ham, fruit salad
dinner:  vegetarian curry, fruit salad

Comments:  easy schedule today.  I have a good feel for the water, but I am not in as good as shape as I should be for swimming.  I have a long ride schedule tomorrow morning so will go to bed early tonight

total training today:  90 minutes
