woke at 4:00
breakfast:  strong coffee and toast
BIKE:  2 hours
comments:  good ride, but my groin hurt after 30 minutes.
SWIM:  30 minutes (good feel for the water)

Comments:  I drank wine for the first time in a while.  recently my diet has been very poor. 
my body is stiff and sore.
