woke at 5:00am
Bike: 90 minutes
comments:  it was very chilly for the first 45 minutes on the bike. 
Easy ride.
RUN:  45 minutes
comments:  boring run.  My right knee hurt for the first 10 minutes, but the pain went away.  My diet is going well and consistent.
My training is getting back into what it used to be 6 weeks ago.
