woke at 5:30 (slept great)
RUN:  80 minute run on the treadmill
SWIM:  60 minutes, broken into sets, virtually did not stop because the water was so cold
comments:  I slept very well, and slept through my alarm so started my day off 90 minutes behind schedule.
Run on the treadmill was 10km/h and boring, went by fairly slow.  Swim was good.
