woke at 4:00 (slept great)
BIKE:  60 minutes easy
SWIM:  90 minutes (i lost track of how much i swam, but i swam non stop at good pace)

comments:  good feel for the water, but I seemed tired when i got to the office, i didnt have the “runners high” i normally do after a good workout.  I have a good feel for the water.  my weight is down to 93 kilo and by March 6th should be at 90 kilo, the lightest i have been since I was 19. 
i have been a “vegan” since dec 9th, i have not broken this diet once and I seem to sleep and recover much better than I did before.
