Run:  2:20

Swim:  2,600 meters

Core:  30 minutes

Comments:  I had a decent 2 hour and 20 minute run.  An hour or so after the run, I noticed my legs were much more sore than they have felt in a long time.  I had a good swim and later in the day I did core with Peter.  I am looking forward to sunday and getting back into harder training.
I have been sleeping much better — I stopped taking BCAA (branch chain amino acid) Maybe they had something to do with my shitty sleeps?
But, when i was taking the amino acids, I seemed to recover much better.
