2nd test week

Day 1

Swim 4,000 meters

Bike:  125km

Run:  half marathon

I have had better days..
The swim was easy, and I purposefully went slower than normal to warm up. 
The 60km bike loop (we did 2) is much more difficult than I expected.  
Both transitions (between swim and bike and bike and run) were too long.
The run didnt go as planned. 

I didnt eat enough yesterday, so I literally ran out of energy at the 10km mark .. and struggled the last 10km.

Tomorrow i have a 4,000 meter swim, 120km bike and then a 30km run … I am sure tomorrow will be a better day.
