Bike:  7:03 (195km)
transition:  less than 4 minutes
Run:  1:45 (not sure how many km)

Comment:
Today was my last long ride in Austria.  I slept well, and was mentally ready and excited for today.
The first 60 minutes or so was a long climb.  I rode well, and the tough climb went by fast.
We rode into Germany, and I enjoyed the scenery.

Throughout the 7 hours, we had several climbs, but my legs were strong.
Mario and I have a ritual which I will miss when I go back to Dubai.
Atthe 5 hour mark, we stop for 5-10 minutes to get a coke and a pastry, bread at a bakery.

Today when we stopped, I didn’t want to drink a coke because I wonder if its a reason why I dont sleep well, but Mario made me … he said “you need it.”  And mumbled something about how I will burn the caffeine…

The last two hours went by fast.

As per my schedule, I wanted to do 200+km so was disappointed when we finished and Mario told me that we only did 195km.
The battery is dead, so I did not know how far or how fast we went, thus did not know until we stopped.

Mario didn’t run with me today, so I did a quick transition and ran in my bike shorts … I was too lazy to change into running shorts.
I am not sure how many km I ran, but I had a good 1 hour and 45 minute run.

Today was probably my best training day (with the exception of the 2nd naseba test workouts)

We celebrated todays last long training session, and the success of the past nearly 3 months by going out to dinner.  It was great fun talking about the past 3 months, remembering certain training days, and dreaming about the next 2 months.

Mario will come to Dubai from October 19th after he gets back from Kona (Ironman World Championships)  and train with me in Dubai up until naseba seven.

I fly back to Dubai on Monday night, thus I still have 2 days of training left …

Tomorrow I have a 90 minute swim, 30km run and core
