Woke: 4:30 had large coffee, 3 pieces of wheat toast and butter, small bowl of special K with soy milk
Bike: went for a 75 kilometer ride to a village past San Remo, Italy. Gorgeous ride along the italian riviera, but I was too slow … it took 2+ hours, but I felt good.
I didnt take enough water so I completely ran out of gas the last 2 kilometers
Breakfast/lunch: immediately uupon my return from the ride – steak and pasta and special K with soy milk and lots of water, 2 powerade
took a 2 hour nap
Dinner: fruit salad and a can of tuna
Did not train in the afternoon
