Woke at 3:15
Breakfast: strong coffee, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, special K with soy milk
BIKE: 2 hours
2nd Breakfast: large bowl of oranges, infinit recovery drink
Lunch: tuna and salad, 2 x 1.5 liters of water drunk over 2 hours
snack: special K, small portion of potato chips (for the salt) and leftover tuna steak.
RUN: 1 hour forced pace
Dinner: 4 scallops, two tomatos and infinit recovery drink (i had a large snack before my run so i wasnt very hungry)

Comments: slept ok, but woke at 3 and got out of bed at 3:15, but I felt great all day long – must be the exercise and diet that makes me feel so good. my bike this morning was ok, the bike didnt seem as comfortable as it was the last time I rode it, and my fucking Polar didnt work again. waste of 250 euro. I ate well today – my diet is going well.
My run tonight was mostly up hills and I pushed as fast as I could and my heart rate was very high.
Tomorrow I have 3 different exercises, swimming, weights and running, plus my job, thus its going to be a packed day – I will wake at 3:30 tomorrow to start early.
