Woke at 4:30 (slept ok, but went to bed around mid night so I will probably feel it later today)
Breakfast: strong coffee and 2 pieces of toast
Run: 90 minutes (15 km) felt pretty good considering I did so much leg work the day before.
I didnt have my MP3 so the run was very long and boring.
Lunch: fruit
Dinner: White fish and salad
Total training today: 90 minutes

Comments: I didnt drink enough water and I didnt eat enough.
