Woke at 3:50 (slept great, but woke before my alarm so I got up)
Breakfast: strong coffee
Run: 1:45 (i dont know how long, but I assume around 18km)
snack: fruit salad
lunch: large tuna steak and spinach salad
snack: half a candy bar, half a coke (I felt sick/very tired so I had some sugar to try and feel better, but it didnt work)
Dinner: small portion of chicken and small salad
Total training today 1:45
Comments: I was scheduled to swim 90 minutes today, but I was too busy at work and then I had a dinner to go to so I missed my swim. I will swim tomorrow.
I felt very tired today – not sleepy, just exhausted from waking early.
