woke at 6:30 (slept great – could have easily slept another couple of hours)
breakfast: two pieces of toast, strong coffee, special k and a banana
lunch: chicken salad and two whole wheat crackers
snack (around 4pm) small portion of salmon and vegetables (was very hungry)
dinner: (around 19:00) 8 scallops with garlic, tomato and buffalo mozzarello and green salad
blue berries
I did not train today (first full day off training in a while)
Comments: I stayed up to around midnight last night (70.3 ironman awards dinner) I probably ate more yesterday than I normally do – and I slept great, best night of sleep I have had in a long time.
