woke at 3:30 and got out of bed at 3:45 (slept great)
breakfast: strong coffee
BIKE: 3:15 (97 km)
RUN: 45 minute (should have run an hour, but I was late)
comments: Brick training (bike and then immediately a run)
Lunch: tuna carrpacio, white fish for a main and small chocolate cake (had lunch with an investor in St Tropez at Joseph)
Dinner: mussles, lamb and 2 glasses of wine (no bread and no desert)
comments: I have been sleeping great this week – I have been eating more than I have been the past several weeks which has also given me more energy on my rides. I started my training today before 4am because I was scheduled a 3 hour bike and then a run and to fit it in before work, i had to start early.
my best bike training session thus far. I immediately ran 45 minutes which was much easier than I expected. I need to learn how to run faster – I am stuck in the low gear when I run.
Total training today: 4 hours
