woke at 4:00 (slept great)
breakfast: strong coffee and special K with soy milk
RUN: 70 minutes
Core work: 45 minutes with trainer
Lunch: chicken
Dinner: pasta and 2 slices of pizza (at the restaurant in Nice, Bar Q blue)
Comments: my legs were stiff and sore on the run. I think the long hike yesterday is why they were sore.
I ate pasta for the first time in a long time.
Total training today: about 2 hours
