Woke at 10:00 !!!! (slept brilliantly, went to bed around midnight)
breakfast: strong coffee
lunch: pizza
RUN: 90 minutes at a quick pace and my heart rate was 150+ for a good portion of the run.
Dinner: Duck, spinach and for desert, strawberries
Comments: I went hiking in the mountains so also gained work out hiking very quickly. Although I ate a pizza, I am sure I burned it with my run and hike.
Total training: 90 minutes plus an hour hike
