In Dubai this week
woke at 6:30 dubai time (4:30 Monaco)
breakfast: cereal with soy milk, two pieces of cereal toast and coffee
RUN: 90 minutes on the treadmill
Lunch: penne pasta and small portion of tiramasu
Dinner: salmon, lentils, green beans
Comment: I dont know why, but i am very hungry, lethargic and tired. I had a decent run on the treadmill. i took my oldest daughter to lunch at her favorite restaurant, Caluccio’s and probably ate too much.
I didnt drink enough water today
