I arrived to the hotel in Kuwait at 3:00 am so went to sleep around 3:30.
Woke at 8:00 (slept straight until the alarm went off)
breakfast: coffee and oatmeal.
RUN: 90 minutes on the treadmill. 75 mins at 10 km/h and last 15 minutes, 5 x 3 minute sprints at 13 km/h with 15 seconds rest in between each.
Meeting went very well
Lunch: mixed grill at lebonese restaurant
Dinner: no dinner
