woke at 5:00 (in dubai)
SWIM:  3,000 meters  (the pool is outside, so the water was very cold, nearly unbearably cold 15 degrees celcius)

comments:  my first swim in over a week.  The water was so cold that it took me a while to be able to swim without having to stop because my shaved head was too cold.  The life guard told me the pool record was 32 minutes when the temp was 16 degrees … so i set a new record yesterday by lasting 60 minutes in 15 degrees.

My diet is good and focused.
