woke at 4:20 (slept great)
WALKED: 45 minutes
I am trying to get my 14 year old daughter, Marie to get into a regiment and exercise every morning – so she and I are going to walk every morning from 5:15 – 6:00 before she goes to school and before I begin my training. We are starting with a brisk walk, but will build up to an easy jog. She finishs school too late to exercise at night (consistently) plus I want her to get away from waking up 10 minutes before the bus arrives and rushing off to school still asleep …
SWIM: 30 minutes (1,800 meters) I was scheduled a 90 minute swim today, but the water was 14 degree celcius and it was too cold to stay in the water … I pussied out after 30 minutes, but I couldnt get warm – however, i have a good feel for the water.
