woke at 4:20 (slept ok)
WALK: 45 minutes at a quick pace– my morning walk with Marie
WEIGHTS: did my standard program. I lifted well, and surely will feel all the squats I did tomorrow.
SWIM: 2,000 meters broken up into sets
comments: I had a great weight workout. The swim seems to be getting better each time, and my feel for the water is back.
I have a 7 hour ride and 1 hour run tomorrow … it will be the longest I have ridden before and I am looking at tomorrow as a rehersal to my IM day. I am doing this tomorrow because I will be away this weekend and needed to fit it into; friday will also be a hard workout with a 1 hour ride and 3:30 run, but first things first…tomorrow.
