I have been running and lifting weights, but struggling to get back into consistent training since my English channel swim.
I have set myself 3 challenges for 2011 (my 40th year) … and one of my 2011 challenges, although isn’t climbing a mountain, the challenge is Mt. Everest like in difficulty.
I will be keeping detailed training blog to help me get back into consistency in training.

breakfast: three pieces of dry toast and a strong coffee
Morning RUN: 65 minutes
Evening RUN: 45 minutes
Comments: I hammered the squats yesterday, so my legs are very sore today.
