Swim: 2,500 meters (broken up into various sets)
Core strength training: about 2 hours
Comments:
Easy swim workout – and then I went to Mario’s gym to do what I thought would be an easy core strength workout — but my new core strength routine is the hardest core program yet and took about 2 hours.
After a day off, and an easy day today – From tuesday, my training goes back up to 6-7 hours per day with this saturday a 9 hour session planed.
