Swim:  90 minute swim

Bike:  2 hours … maybe 2:15 or so

Core: 45 minutes of hell

Today is the only easy workout of the next 7 days. 

I had a poor swim for a couple of reasons – one, I snuck into the pool without paying … actually, I didnt sneak, but no one was sitting at the front table, thus I just walked in without paying, and a majority of the swim I kept thinking/wondering if the guy would come and stop me.  Mentally, I was a pussy on this swim.
Also,  I didnt have myworkout and didnt know exactly what to do, so I just swam for 90 minutes non stop. 

I had an easy bike workout (easy because it was for only 2 hours)

In the late afternoon, I met Peter Leo – my 17 year old core training coach … and he kicked my ass for 45 minutes non stop.
I will post a vblog of one of our workouts (it will humiliate me, but it will make for a good story) … the core strength and focus of this 17 year old just kicking my 40 year old ass.  Even though he is only 17 years old, He is my coach for core — and he trains me tough.  Often making me start sets over, changing the number of reps in the middle of the workout to challenge me more – brilliant workout.

I did not train enough during my recovery week in Dubai — and missed too many recovery workouts.   I regret I missed them because I feel out of shape now.  It might take me a few days to get my feel back, but I am sure by the middle of the week, I will get it back.
