Swim:  about 2 hours

Bike:  2 hours

Core:  40 minutes

Comments:
I had a terrible swim.  My arms were dead, and I had no feel for the water.  I felt like I hadnt swum in a long time.  I am not sure why, maybe the 8 hours on the bike??
30 minutes later, I had a good bike.  I rode a 50km lap in 1:41 (this is good for me) … I spent the last 20 minutes of the 2 hours riding easy.  Good ride, but my legs were stiff and tired.
I did core with my core coach, Peter Leo … although it was a challenge, it was not as hellish as usual.
an ok training day, but I dont feel like I did enough.

Today,  I have 2 hour swim, 2 hour run and 2 hours of core strength.
