woke: 4am
ran 40 minutes
breakfast: toast and coffee
i walked 10+ km to and from St. Brieuc, a village near our guest house
lunch: anduillette with (home made) french fries
dinner: small crepes
total training: 2 hours
this trip is fun, but my diet and training has been mediocre this week. I am following my schedule, but have not been able to lift nor swim and my runs have not been good, I am stiff and sore when i wake.
tomorrow I will run 20km
