Slept very poorly. woke at 2:30 and read until 4:30 and then went back to sleep until 7:30
Breakfast: strong coffee, cereal toast and special K with soy milk
Lunch: large (expensive) tuna steak; black berries, an orange, bannana and small piece of dark chocolate
my maid prepared lunch for me so I went home for lunch and ate well. I felt much better after lunch.
RUN: 1 hour easy pace
Dinner: large american lobster cooked in garlic and organic butter (bought the lobster at carrefour in Monaco – they have great fish) two tomatos, salad, and blue berries.
Comments: I slept very poorly last night and I think its because I didnt eat enough yesterday. I ate very well today (I went to carrefour and bought a lot of fruits, vegetables and fresh fish)
Total training: as per my schedule only 1 hour run, but tomorrow I have 4 hours of training scheduled.
21:00 and I am in bed ready to sleep … I hope I can sleep.
