woke at 4:00 (slept pretty good – went to bed around 9pm)
Breakfast: strong coffee, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, and special K
RUN: 90 minutes
drank infinit recovery drink after the run
Lunch: salmon, 4 tomato’s with buffalo mozzarelo and 2 whole wheat crackers
snack before my swim: banana, rasberries
SWIM: maybe 30 minutes…. I went swimming too late and I could not get into the swim because it was very dark (i was scheduled to swim 90 minutes)
Dinner: fresh tuna, cooked in olive oil and lots of garlic, bowl of blue berries
Comments: I had a good run this morning. Great, healthy lunch and dinner. I have half assed my swims for the past 2 weeks. I need to try and swim every morning before work and do my run or bike after work. Up until today, I have been swimming at night because when I wake in the morning its too dark to swim.
