In dubai (I didnt train yesterday)
woke at 4:00 (i could not fall asleep last night so I slept less than 3 hours)
breakfast: special K with soy milk, 2 cereal toast and strong coffee
BIKE: 3 hours with heart rate between 138 – 155 (my odometer didnt work so i do not know how much I rode, but I figure around 80 Km. At the 2 hour mark I died. It wasnt that hot, but the lack of sleep hit me hard. I wanted to stop many times, but I didnt.
Lunch: fruit salad (wasnt enough but i didnt have time to eat)
Dinner: lamb cubes and lebonese bread
Comments: 3 hours asleep last night is all I got and I felt weak, tired and irritable throughtout the day. I did not swim
Total training today: 3 hours
