woke up at 5:15 (slept poorly)
WEIGHTS: did my normal schedule, but did not do lat pull down because there was too many people
SWIM: 45 minutes (broken up into sets, but nearly non stop swimming)
comments: its the evening right now and my legs are very very sore from the squats. Tomorrow I have a 7 hour brick (6 hour ride and then a 1 hour run) … it should be a lot of fun!
vegan diet is going well
Its 9pm on friday night and I am in bed because tomorrow I want to start my 7 hour brick at 4:30 so I can finish before noon … but damn…my legs are sore from the squats today, and I didnt squat much weight, less than normal.
