Core strength: 90 minutes
Swim: 5,500 meters

Bike: about 3 hours on my turbo

I had a great core strength session — the circuit takes about 90 minutes and is done with sets of 3 x 1 minute.
There are 6 different exercises with squats, so I did at least 18 minutes of squats.
about an hour after I did core, I went to the gym near my office and swam at the pool. I had a long workout and it took me longer than I wanted.
I had a terrible feel for the water and my shoulders were both tired (I assume from the previous weight session)
I think I am “half-assing” the swim. I need to be more focused, instead of just swimming back and forth.
Sophie made a great french lunch (she is great cook) so I ate a lot … then later rode my bike.
I did my bike on the turbo at home because I wanted to film my position on the bike.
I rode the bike at 90+ cadence for a majority of the ride. I got an email from Mario telling me that i am still too high.
Its 5:00am, I am drinking my coffee getting ready for my day of training… 6 hour bike and 2 hour run.
I have had “half ass” training recently, so today I am focused on making it a great training day.
