Run: 2:30
Swim: 2,400 meters (mostly easy swim sets)
Core: 30 minutes
Comments: I slept like crap (again) I woke up early, and went for my 2.5 hour run.
Exactly, like last week, I didnt warm up enough so my legs were stiff for majority of the run. I am sure I ran at a slower pace than I did for the hour run after the 6 hour bike ride on Sunday.
All in all, ok run – but it wasnt until my swim later in the afternoon, did the stiffness in my knees go away.
My core workout was ok, but not as good/focused as normal.
I have been laying in bed since 7pm … waiting until it was late enough to go to sleep.
This week is fairly easy, sort of recovery to get ready for next week’s 7 day test week.
