Swim:  about an hour

Core strength:  nearly 2 hours (with Mario)

Run: 3:05

Comments:
I had a good swim.  Finally, I seemed to have  a good feel for the water.  There were a few other swimmers in my lane, so I swam faster than normal to make sure I was the fastest.
Mario did our core strength workout in his gym.  Its a good workout and both of us were very tired when it was over.
I regret I didnt run immediately after core — instead, I went to Mario’s house and had lunch and then ran — which dragged my day out.

I ran alone – a bit more than 3 hours, but I dont think I did 30km, maybe a bit less.
 A good run, but I got lost and spent more time running around trying to find my way, than i did concentrating on my run – but 3 hour run is a 3 hour run.

today i have a 8 hour bike followed by a 90 minute run.
