the climb…
Today I am flying to Cairo, Egypt for two days and then I will fly from Cairo to Dubai for the rest of this week and then next Saturday fly from Dubai to Cape Town where I will be next week.

Yesterday, my wife and I went for a long drive just the two of us, along the gorgeous coast of the french rivierea. During the beautiful drive, we discussed one of the themes that I have hammered a bit in this blog, “if it was easy…”
Our world today is about instant gratification … instant results and instant satisfaction.
If we want something … we get it and if we don’t get it, we find something else to want.
I am definately not preaching … because I in some ways often fall into the same trap. For example, I thought of every excuse possible to change my trip schedule so I would not have to travel and I could stay in Monaco this week …
Today on my flight to Cairo I will work on a blog entry that further explores the theme: “I want it all and I want it right now … and if I don’t get it …fuck it… I will find something else to want”
today as you go about your day … think about your own goals … your own focus… your own “wants” …
and remember… the best things in life, do not come easy … and most of the time do not come quickly
if it was easy…
