Woke: 5:00
ran/walked 90 minutes
for some reason my body is very stiff and sore
breakfast: bread and coffee

afternoon: sophie, giovanna and I went for a 9km walk along the coast.
I carried giovanna (35 kilo) on my shoulders for most of the walk which gave me a good workout

I was scheduled to lift; but we could not find a gym.
Lunch: tripes crepes (the area we are at in france is famous for crepes)
dinner: three pieces of duck with french fries
went to sleep around 10pm
fairly good day of training, but my diet was crap.
total training: 3+ hours
