slept very poorly, i think it must have been eating too late last night – got out of bed around 6am (didnt have anything scheduled for the morning so slept in a bit)
Breakfast: strong coffee and bowl of special K
Weights: (each exercise 4 x 15 with the last set 75% of max)
squats (last set of 15 was the heaviest I have ever squated)
straight arm lat pull down
seated rows
abs (various sets)
chest
leg extensions (cant think of name of the machine)
Comments: good workout. Up until 6 weeks ago, I have never done leg work in my life, but I really like it. I esp. like the squats.
Lunch: tuna steak and strawberries
Dinner: tomato with buffalo cheese and a tuna salad
Comments: I ate too late (again) and I went to sleep too late (again)
total time training: 90 minutes
