woke at 4am, slept ok, but woke up 30 minutes before my alarm so I got up
Breakfast: strong coffee and 3 pieces of whole wheat toast, a infinitnutrition shake
Bike: 37km assed around trying to fix my cervelo, but need to take it to a bike shop today.
rode the trek and had a good ride, but only went 37km
Swim: 30 minutes
I rode straight to the beach after my ride to swim (left my bike on the beach as I swam, but in front of a cafe so fairly safe) I could not get into the swim. The water was calm. I had a good feel for the water.
I will swim again tonight because I am scheduled to swim 90 minutes today/
snack: bowl of special K and a water
Lunch: ham and chedder cheese sandwich
Dinner: went to the restaurant “African Queen” and had carpaccio and two glasses of wine.

Comments: I was very tired all day. I guess i did not sleep enough. I didnt do anymore exercise in the afternoon.
