Woke: 4:30
Breakfast: strong coffee, 3 pieces of whole wheat toast, infinitnutrition drink
Ran: 100 minutes (19km) I was scheduled to run 90 minutes at moderate pace; but I ran 10 minutes extra because of the run route I did and I didnt notice I ran longer.
2nd Breakfast: 3 eggs, chedder cheese and infinitnutrition repair drink, 1 liter of water with a nuun tablet to ensure I wouldnt dehydrate on my long swim
Swim: 90 minutes straight swim in the Med. (went to Mala beach again – great swim around the cap. I swam very far out and then to african plage and back, exactly 90 minutes and I was dead because the current was strong coming back.
Lunch: tuna salad, 2 diet cokes, 1 liter of water and large fruit plate (at restuarant of the beach)
