woke at 3:15 (slept great, but woke up an hour before my alarm)
breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and strong coffee
BIKE: 90 minutes easy pace. A good 75% of the ride I was in the TT position. The bike is much more comfortable, but still not ideal.
2nd breakfast: bowl of oranges, infinit recovery drink
CORE: 45 minute intensive core work — I hired a personal trainer who works with me 3 times a week on my core training.
lunch: brocoli, zucchini, bowl of fruit
snack: 1/2 power bar
dinner: sea bass, brocoli, zucchini, bowl of fruit
SWIM: 75 minutes
infinit recovery drink

Comments: Productive day. Although the bike is becoming more comfortable (in the TT position) I still cant imagine 6 hours in this position … I have a long ride on sunday so we shall see. I started to train my core with a personal trainer — I will train 3 times a week for 45 minutes just on core strength training with the trainer. My diet was good. I finished work around 7pm and drove home thinking I would skip my swim because I was dead tired, but when I got home, I changed my mind and went to the beach in Monaco and swam for 45 minutes. I had a little bit better feel for the water, but my hips were very low in the water so overall the swim didnt feel right. I tried to breath every 5 strokes. I finished the swim around 20:30 and it was completely dark in the water. I will (try) and swim every evening going forward.
