Woke at 3:30 and layed in bed awake reading the news on my laptop until 5:00
slept like shit — less than 4 hours and I woke with an acidic feeling in my stomach (obviously from all the wines last night)
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast and strong coffee
BIKE: 90 minutes
RUN: 30 minutes immediately after the bike
Dinner: aisha made me a great dinner – tuna, brown organie rice, lentil salad, strawberries
comments: my first brick training and the run was much better than I expected, although my legs are sore from the weights yesterday. I was bloated and felt like crap in the beginning of my ride (from last night) but after 30 minutes I felt better. I want to lose 10 more kilo by Dec. I was dead tired by 18:00 because I didnt sleep well the night before
Total training today: 2 hours
