woke at 5:45 (slept great – straight from 22:30 until my alarm went off)
WEIGHTS: did my normal weight workout, but only ran 10 minutes. I did 6 sets of squats, (1 x 12 and 5x 8)
Lunch: portion of a pizza and a tiramasu
SWIM: 45 minutes
Dinner: small portion of salmon and romain salad
Comments: I drank too much wine the night before so had a ok workout, not great.
I lifted heavy and was very hungry after
swam ok, but need to more focus back into my swimming.
Total training today: 2:15
