woke at 4:00 (slept ok) back in Roquebrunne, France
breakfast: strong coffee and oatmeal with agave
Was scheduled a 3 hour brick today (bike and then run) but I forgot my bike shoes in Dubai.
Instead I ran 1:40
RUN: 1:40
2nd breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs and lots of water
lunch: protein shake – I didnt have time to eat proper lunch
GYM: 1 hour lifting (normal sets) and 20 minute run to warm down.
Dinner: (cafe la fontaine) small portion of raviloli, white fish and strawberries, half glass of wine.
Comments: I did not train yesterday, although I was scheduled a 30 minute run and 90 minute swim.
I am going to be bitch slapped in Australia if I dont start focusing more on my swim.
Total training today: 2:40
I bought shoes today so tomorrow am I will do the brick I was scheduled for today.
