woke at 5am (in dubai)
breakfast:  oatmeal, one piece of dry toast and fruit salad
bike:  90 minutes fast pace
weights:  (lifted my 8 series, 4 sets of 12 after the bike)
lunch:  leek pita sandwhich, butter beans and mix juice drink
dinner:  vegetable curry, vegetable soup, fruit salad and small portion brown rice.
comments:  I have been training fairly well – getting back into IM shape.  For some reason, after pulling out of the WAIM, I couldnt get back into my normal training consistency.  However, my diet has been good and very consistent and I feel great.
