BIKE:  90 minutes
comments:  I am out of shape on the bike….and need to get much more focused on this because I only have 5-6 weeks left of training.
SWIM:  2,000 meters
comments:  great swim – only swam a short period because I was running late to work.  After my bike, I drove directly to the gym.
