woke at 4:00  (slept ok, not as good as the day before)
BIKE:  1 hour
RUN:  2 hours
SWIM:  3,500 meters (give or take a couple 100 meter)

I didnt have swim on my schedule, but I like to swim because the pool is very very cold and I feel great when I get out.

The 2 hour run went by very fast and my legs are not sore at all from yesterdays long ride.
