woke at 4:20 (slept great)
WEIGHTS: did the standard schedule – I lifted less on sqats than normal because my legs are sore
SWIM: 3,500 meters (my goal is to swim 3,500 every day for next 3 weeks)
comments – the p0ol was extremely cold and it was a challenge to swim 60 minutes, but I had ok good feel for the water, but its obvious I have not swum for a few days.
mentally – I am focused and looking forward to the the final 3 weeks of hard training. I am dieting very well and I want to get down to 90 kilo by March 1st … (I missed training yesterday because sophie was in france and I had no baby sitter)
