woke at 4:20 (slept great – very difficult to wake up)
BIKE:  60 minutes
RUN: 30 minutes
comments:  I had to ride my bike in Dubai near my apartment so my ride was not as good because I wasted energy worrying about being hit by a car (dubai drivers are terrible, esp. at 5am)
RUN:  my run was shit and I walked too much
went to the gym
RUN: (again) my legs were sore so I ran 10km p/h on the treadmill for 30 minutes
SWIM:  35 minutes (I was meant to swim an hour, but the water was so cold, I got out)  water was 16 degrees

Comments:  my legs are very sore
