woke at 4:00 (slept great)
BIKE:  218 km in 7:10 minutes
RUN:  just about 10km in 1 hour
total training non stop was 8:10

comments:  my best training session I have had since I was a swimmer.  The transition to run was akward for about 5 minutes, but after that I ran at a good pace and surely could have run another hour at that pace.  Great work out.
