woke at 3:00 (slept ok, but woke up too early – maybe i went to sleep too early)
WEIGHTS: normal routine – squats felt good, and my legs were not sore at all from the recent long rides and long run
SWIM: 4,000 meters
comments: swim felt good, and my feel for the water seems good. The water was 16 degrees celcius and I was cold the entire swim
(I forgot to journal sundays work out — hour bike and a 2 hour run which was ok, it was not painful – just boring.)
