woke at 3:30 (slept ok)
SWIM:  60 minutes
Spinning class:  60 minutes
RUN:  30 minutes 10km/h

comments:  I went to a spinning class at the gym because my schedule for the bike was similar to the spinning training
I swam 60 minutes before working on my feel for the water and then stopped 5 minutes before the spinning class and did a quick transition to the bike.  after the bike, I ran at 10 km/h for 30 minutes.
good workout.
